The below count system can be used to have the cost of a thermoformed item. The indications are generally valid for each kind of product, but some data can change depending on the business organization. In order to have the final cost of the thermoformed item it's to consider the following costs.

1.0 = MATERIAL COST
2.0 = AMORTIZATION COSTS
3.0 = LABOUR COSTS
4.0 = OPERATING COSTS
5.0 = VARIOUS AND UNFORESEEN COSTS

The below parts are signed just with the corresponding index number to easy the count operations

  • F.i= 1.1 - 1.2 means to deduct point 1.2 to point 1.1
